      PM on site was good, but all other upper Phacil management has no clue

      Pros

      Best team experience, I felt connected and engaged with different departments. Most individuals are kind and genuinely want to help improve the customer experience. By working together and getting to know the other departments, I was able to expand my own skill set.

      Cons

      What connected everyone was the dissatisfaction with manipulative, greedy management. At least they were consistent. "People don't leave jobs, they leave managers"
