      Pros

      Good benefits. Paid holidays, profit sharing, company sponsored lunches, company sponsored meals, lots of parking-space. Nice palm trees and space to walk at lunch.

      Cons

      High employee turnover. management seems disconnected from employee staff.

      Pros

      ITT Aerospace Controls is a great company to learn the ropes of the aerospace industry. Interns are treated with tremendous amount of respect and seen as full time engineers.

      Cons

      Lack of equipment, but management is willing to do what is necessary to help engineers to complete the task

      The company has the opportunity to be dominant in its industry. Unfortunately, management turns over so fast that continuity is lost.

      Cons

      The turnover issue is compounded by the replacement manager has a new direction and communicates the failures of prior staff. Loyalty is not regarded as a positive quality.
