The people who work here under management are high quality people who work hard and try and provide their best work each day.

Cons

After meeting the CEO and engaging in constructive dialog, I was underwhelmed with their leadership methods, and do not believe they understand what we do in Industrial Process. IP continues to let go of incredibly knowledgeable people, and replace the position with grossly unqualified hires.

Salary is competitive compare to other companies in Westchester county.

Cons

Benefits are mediocre. New employees get only 2 weeks vacation and 5 sick days. Admins police employees vacation time / out of office, creating a hostile environment at HQ.

Bullying management style, few opportunities for advancement or training, does not walk their talk equating to no work life balance, very long hours, constant pressure to perform, run by fear of losing job and security.
