      Hard workers get recognized and have a lot of room for growth. The company has many needs and areas of improvement that require the attention of knowledgeable and passionate employees.

      Cons

      There are so many areas requiring improvements that you can easily become buried in the day to day activities. A 50 hour work week typically allows you to get to about 90% of the day to day and 10% of the growth improvements.
