      Challenging opportunities and top notch training on Lean and Six Sigma tools and applications

      Pros

      Was a good place for me to start working and gain experience. It has a very good life work balance and flexible hours. Found enough people there who were willing to put in the time to grow a young engineer.

      Cons

      Management here is terrible. Left because of politics and because I felt like I hit a ceiling in the company very quickly. I don't know if that has changed since I left.
