      Good products, excellent strategic positioning. Great environment for learning as roles are broad.

      High backlog of investments, manual and inconsistent processes significantly increasing workload across all functions, inefficient financial planning & budgeting processes. Unmotivated staff due to frequent lay-offs.

      Pros

      I have been working in ITT for less than 2 years. I am enjoying the experience of dealing with people from different backgrounds. I respect that ethical behavior is a priority in the company. It’s great that the management believes that new ideas and initiatives are essential to the growth and development of the business. The way my manager coaches me is great. My colleagues are very helpful. Looking forward to a bright future here.
