      Pros

      Starting salary and benefits are slightly above average. New office was nice when it opened, but they aren't taking care of it.

      Cons

      People being laid off just so executive management will get their bonus for meeting financial goals. No regard for the families that they are destroying. Putting unqualified people in supervisory/management roles.
