Friendly colleagues Everyone is helpful Good pay though not sure on increment and bonuses

Cons

Too many systems in place. Hard to get used to Placing a simple trade can take around 15 to 20 mins due to either IT issue or systems not flowing properly btw each other. too much time is spent on Administrative matters. Around 80% is spent on admin matter or resolving IT issues with the day to day system. Loan renewal not capture, Suitability tool not working properly etc..CRM tool always hanging and constantly in battle with CRM tool. The most painful tool ever encountered. Majority of the essential teams we work with on a daily basis are shorthanded..since i joined, every team is saying the same thing, they are backlogged. Opening an account can take quite a while as both account opening, name screening and compliance teams are shorthanded

The company is extremely progressive in terms of communication and welcoming new joiners. I have been extremely lucky to have joined a super team with a diverse cultural background and many years of expertise within and outside of JB. All the colleagues I have met or interacted with have been extremely friendly, helpful and supportive. People are genuinely happy to work here. I am very lucky to be part of this new sector of the company and I look forward to many positive challenging years

Cons

Covid - it has been difficult to integrate fast due to covid restrictions and tele working. Many of my main counterparts are tele working so building relationships and networks has been challenging. I look forward to this changing in the very near future.

- Amazing team spirit! - interesting projects, with opportunities to grow - Very attractive compensation and benefits package - many learning opportunities, both internal and external - Possibility to work from remote locations

Cons

- The IT landscape is transitioning from a traditional "on premise" setup to a cloud-based one. Until this transition is complete, there is some redundancy in terms of communication tools (chat, conference, notes, etc.)
