      Pros

      - free snacks - ping pong and playstation - if that stuff at work impresses you - the chance to spend the office social budget on your own personal gains if you can get yourself into the social committee!

      Cons

      - little chance of progressing - extremely unpleasant, cynical, uninterested HR - awful cross-department communications - psychological bullying - favouritism - lots of stupid meetings - no belief in diversity or equality - its just lip service and box-ticking - London office is a toxic environment full of cliquey, tryhard, backstabbing people - regular redundancies and "overhauls"

      Good office snacks and fun team outings.

      You will read it time and time again in all these reviews: Upper management is a joke, horrible and unprofessional. All management is severely lacking in training and most have never led teams before. The amount of backstabbing, gossiping and lying that goes on at this company is unbelievable. You will feel like you are back in high school, as 90% of the people working at this company need to grow up. The commission plan for the sales team is a joke and don't be surprised if they remove it completely (which they did a couple years ago, but brought back after many complaints). Employees are not valued. Your work load at this job will be heavier than any job you have had in the past and you will not be compensated fairly. Butt kissing will get you everywhere at this company, including being double promoted vs. people that actually deserve it.
