      Awesome colleagues, great office spaces, quarterly social events, flexible schedule, Work from Home Policy

      Cons

      As long as they want to keep you its all good, afterwards they will falsely accuse you of making mistakes and reflect it on your Performance Review. There is no organization, poor leadership in some teams.

      Good benefits for permanent employees.

      Cons

      - HR in London haven't got a clue what they're doing - Shooting from the hip mentality .. - Don't follow GDPR accurately, nor do they follow their own processes - Remove people from the business if they deem them to be a 'problem' - American company with no idea how to work with other regions

      Pros

      Met many smart, interesting, hard-working people. Nice perks (snacks, yoga, training reimbursement, etc.). Growing globally, so good opportunities for transferring to different offices and brands.

      Cons

      As it gets bigger and acquires more companies, it's getting slower, and the overall vision is getting muddy. Increasingly weighed down by process and jargon. Lack of women in leadership roles.
