      excellent procedures/ methods well structured a lot of expeirnce in it's market lot of investments

      Cons

      too bureaucratic A lot of organizational levels/ too many people.. Ineffective ( financially) Management team focused in $$$$ not in the people. No a career path A lot of work extra time --- people works more than 12 hors daily plus weekends

      Average pay, long working hours, tons of paperwork and routine, very unorganized, employees at the same position get difference salaries according to their academic and economic background
