      Good place to understand the work process for multi national companies and to deal with all employees levels as operators, technicians, Engineers,stuck operators and alot of categories

      7 days ,24 hour support system that make you exhausted ,receiving emails , mobile calls during the day that corrupt your work

      Bad managment Bad salaries The work place was toxic Office politics and people were favored Low salaries No clear career path No growth And for quality the standards and quality managment exists but it's a handmade industry not that exciting at all The induction plan was too bad and well not prepare you this much
