Thank you for taking the time to write this positive review! Thank you also for the recommendation. I would like to address the issue of career development. Unfortunately, the topic of continued education has certainly been shortchanged in many places as part of the restructuring. Budgets have been shrunk and learning opportunities reduced. Nevertheless, there is still a wide range of training courses in our internal training catalog that all employees can access. For us, training and talent development are important elements of employee retention, which is why these topics have never lost their focus. First and foremost, the respective managers are the contacts for further training. Should there actually be any problems here, there is also the possibility of talking to the responsible HR business partner or the works council about the issue.
