Nothing bad, nothing about bad.

All team leaders and decision making people are Koreans mostly. Some of them doesn't speak perfect English. You can never grow in here. It means join the company and be there. Company grows but your salary remains the same for next five years. Sometimes people will come and sit next to you if they need something. This is the first company that embarrassed me with such working culture in Germany till date. Many of the colleagues who is working in there are still suffering. Not all are educated and graduated in this company. So it will be totally weird that some people don't even have the graduation or passed schooling. But working in the same field.
