Business Outlook
Pros
- The culture at here is unlike any other I've experienced, in part because everyone believes so strongly in the products - Virtually all MathWorkers are both extremely bright, but also personable (for the most part you'll need both to work here which can be hard to find in engineering/science companies) - Company is incredibly employee centric (i.e. amazing facilities, fun outings, great benefits, etc.)
Cons
- As others have mentioned, poor pre-covid work from home policy, although during covid all work has been remote and changes are apparently in the pipeline
