Good working environment - bad management

The colleagues were friendly, good team overall and possibilities to grow in the company

Cons

Most stuff was disappointed from the management and they all quit at the same time. Too much ego between the department’s supervisors leading to no communication with each other plus managers were irresponsible leaving everyone on their own without caring about serious things that needed to be fixed

Met some lovely colleagues there

Too many budget cuts not enough staff old hotel so guests would complain a lot. Bullying and SA at work with management doing nothing about it.
