Very relaxed working environment. Good discounted rate across the hotel chain if you like to travel.

Cons

It has grown massively in last years and started focusing on maximising the profit whilst cutting on staffing. The pay used to be more competitive than it is now, pity.

It is by far our employees' favorite benefit. All Motel One employees can further improve their salary through our bonus program. The amount of the bonus depends on the guest satisfaction in the own hotel. The better the guests rate their stay, the higher the bonus. A maximum of 25% of the gross salary can be earned on top.
