Pros

- It is a large company, expanding worldwide. - You get a discount at all the company’s hotels. - Management always communicates in a friendly and caring manner. - They take you to the Munich campus for training sessions. Everything is paid for. You meet colleagues from other countries and create professional connections. - The values conveyed to us from the campus are honesty and respect towards the worker. - You receive bonuses for achieving goals.

Cons

- The only staff meal you’ll see is the stale bread left over from breakfast. - Tips disappear like magic. It is completely forbidden to keep track of them. - Employees are overloaded with work. Management is obsessed with achieving higher profits than other hotels in the company. - Staff party are getting poorer and poorer. Again, there’s that obsession with spending the minimum. - Department heads do not have the freedom to make decisions. They only do what is dictated by management. - The rooftop does not have a license to sell drinks, nor does it have a restroom. - The company’s values are not respected. - Overtime is never paid. - They take away or modify your bonus whenever they want.
