We introduced a new performance management metric last year that allows bi-annual promotions for those that are learning and developing in their current role level. All of our employees have personal ownership of their career development and are in the driver’s seat when it comes to the feedback needed to focus on career progression. We are fully transparent in this approach to help people grow and develop in a way that fits their own career path.
