      Pros

      I've been with N26 since the early days, and I must say that data function has very little idea of what it actually means to be a data scientist. We are basically glorified SE which should not be the case. Good tech, smart people to work with

      Mixed impressions about the company

      Pros

      + Cool office + Lots of young & motivated professionals from all around the world + Additional benefits

      Cons

      - Lack of processes at the low-level and step away from flat hierarchy - Lots of "politics" behind the scenes - Prefer to hire people from outside for management positions (not only C-level) instead of promoting people who are with the company for a long time - Too much turbulence and hustle & bustle due to hypergrowth

      - great team with motivated professionals - good benefits for the size of company - nice collabs with other teams - cool offices in Berlin [east + west]

      Cons

      - we are a growing company, roles can evolve faster than usual and this must be reflected in salaries.
