      - Challenging and high-quality work - Super talented team - Amazing product

      Cons

      - Startup growing pains, which come with the territory. - There is a very high bar for recruiting. This keeps the quality of the team high, but also means we are constantly understaffed.

      * sometimes we could be faster to take major decisions * but it is not so easy to change banking

      Pros

      - free lunches every Wednesday (sometimes good. Sometimes terrible) - free drinks and fruits - international environment (and thank god)

      Cons

      - leaders are too proud to engage in proper conversations with their employees - place where egos are everything. Ambition and good work means nothing. - countless meetings with bosses to "hear your input" that lead to nowhere - real motivated people do not matter. If you have goals and ambitions, it ain't the right place for you!
