At the beginning of my employement I honestly liked the place and the people. Through years tho things have changed. Almost no one has seen a salary increase in years. The new CMO literally said in a meeting that people should work for the company's purpose and not for money. The same dude fired a bunch of people and after one month the company is re-hiring the same exact roles, after having thrown everyone in the chaos. Apparently it was needed to do cuts, but now there's budget to hire newbies that have no idea about how things really are. All hands meetings are constantly witnessing unhappy people being treated unfairly. The management is so poor right now, full of selfish money eaters. Not a genuine environment at all. You can come to work here if you wanna feel like a mere number that can be gone any minute.

terrible C-level and managerial staff. subpar employee stock options with incredibly bad vesting and very little upside. very high turnover rate and C-level is in denial. engineering quality is getting worse and worse every day. lack of engineering forcing them to promote inexperienced engineers which leads to bad decisions on both the tech and product sides.
