      It feels like working in a sinking boat

      Cons

      An entire department (Customer support, as well as Training/Coaching) ruled by chaos. Team leaders and managers act like busy puppets in the hands of directors with no vision nor long-term strategy. Workload and tasks are decided, in the best scenario, on a weekly basis, while the amount of rensposibility and freedom given is close to zero.
