Pros
- Colleagues (bad sign when this pops up first, eh?) - Works councils have the employees' backs - Salaries are out of this world after numerous compensation cycles (leading to randos getting paid more than experts in the field)
Cons
- The founders have a tyrannical grasp on all decisions, creating a huge turnover in C level roles, head of departments, VPs, middle managers and so forth - Years of mismanagement lead to years of BaFin supervision: founders wanted to play with the big guns while maintaining a startup flexibility - Siloed group entities which have a tendency to be suspicious of each other
