The WORST environment I've ever worked in. To start with, this organization lacks direction, purpose, and meaning. If you're considering joining it, just bear in mind that FAVORITISM REIGNS, there is also a lack of character, and it is an extremely toxic place. Additionally, leadership is nonexistent, decisions are made based on the opinions of hippos (highest paid person's opinion) and with no solid basis. Teams are formed and disbanded with no clear purpose. Initiatives are created, developed, and then die for no reason. Middle managers are clearly blind, INEXPERIENCED and lacking a sense of what they're doing, making their team anxious, not providing guidance, and only thinking about pleasing their bosses. They treat you like a number, firing people for no valid reason, with no severance and feeding you all sorts of LIES about it. People being laid off as the company fails to have a strategy, plan and understand their financial situation. Still excited?! Welcome to N26
