      Pros

      I would say my experience at N26 is good so far. The company has very talented people and strives for excellence.

      Cons

      Depending on the manager and the segment you are a part of, the experience may be different. The interest of the project may also vary depending on the team in which you work. Last thing, I think performance appraisal is not good and promotion is not based on your real skills and motivation, but there are many external factors.

      - Challenging environment with a lot of room to grow. - Amazing culture

      Cons

      - It is still a bank so regulation and compliance are important and sometimes that slow down thing. Not a big deal IMO, but worth to mention.
