      Pros

      I have worked for more than 3 years in a company as a developer and the only reason to like this company is its campus, people roam needlessly in the backyard without been noticed, people pass time and roam here and there.

      Cons

      Company hires only if you ask for lower salary and kicks employees when they do have enough to pay or they don't have work on a project. HR is a myth here, they are there only to send emails regarding stupid celebrations on festivals and performed by mediocre wanna be a stupid band, the same performance by same people every time. HR is useless, they never take the side of an employee in there bad times and never take a stand for wrong things which effects employees. The company is managed by 3-4 big fishes and only there decision is final. If you are well at licking their toes then you can stay in the company, even then also they can backstab you. If you join here as a trainee or software developer then cannot learn or environment is not like that a person can learn, instead they focus on how to lick someone's feet to stay in the company. It's a mock of a multinational company, it boasts of having headquarters in the USA but it's not, they have a room rented in the USA and say its there headquarters there. The company is situated far away from Bhopal like 25 km.

      Pros

      Initially it was all pros as they need to brag themselves and to betray needy person. Biggest advantage of this company is if anyone is in touch/relative with higher management or HR so surely they will get a job, their talent, qualification, experience hardly matter for them. Subsequently, your job will safe for next 10 Year if you know higher person or HR.

      Cons

      1) No proper hiring strategy. Will hire people and after year came to know that "we don't have enough money to pay these people" 2) Lots of old people in company, ruling from last 10 Years and surely take the Netlink to the trough. 3) These old people think they own the company. Even CEO don't have any intervention. 4) Hungry for any kind of business which is not of their domain. 5) They don't need a quality employee, they need cheap and economical employee. If any one ready to work in 15K salary they will surely get a job. 6) Lower lever/position people have so much fear of old people. As i said above old people ruling the company. 7) Never tried to change food contractor. Favoring employee by feeding Rs.35 food. 8) Employee being forcefully asked to give positive review on platform.

      Team with tons of politics ..people r not proffsnl ..No Process improvement sugestion accepted...nd if u r coming from other state (other than MP) u r not allowed to sugest ...un experinced team leads ..90% employee r there from recomendation and dont knw the latest market trendz and will follow legendry way ...No personal space ...and worst part in some case u have to report some of the worst senior management ..who r not frm background 2 understand the better scenario ...worst infrastructure ....no ac ...no tea availble ...no proper transportation service ...no proper employee benefits ...unexperinced HR ...no Induction programs ... no proprr guidence.. and u have to act as slave to ur result desk...ur lyf will b hell ... thy say 9 hrs of work but thre tym is like 9:30 to 10 hrs daily ..my suggestion font join ...join company if u dont have any choice ..else it will b carrer sucide ...
