Decent place to work

Pros

Great great benefits, really good work life balance which has been so helpful during Covid. Leadership really emphasizing their support of associates during Covid. Awesome coworkers; feels like a team vs many individual competitors. Leadership is heavily investing in brand growth. Decision making is getting better than it had been the last few years.

Cons

-Upward growth is too slow. Titles and pay are far FAR below the rest of the industry. They work hard to avoid giving promotions, and promotions are usually more based on leadership's opinion of you or how visible you are to them instead of your actual performance in the job you've been hired to do.

Layoffs have come

Pros

Used to be a great place to work

Cons

Lost culture as mid to high level management has come in with little knowledge of the business and made really poor strategic and personnel decisions. Morale was very low before early retirement and layoffs came.
