Everything, sometimes you don't even get time to have lunch. I asked my manager about my probation status just 1 week before it's gonna end and he said all clear, nothing to be reviewed. Then 2 days before probation ended, the manager and I had a heated conversation about some document I needed to fill. Then the next day, just 1 day before the probation I was let go and during the meeting when I asked him the reason for this, he just said that I was not fitting in Personio's overall package. I asked him if any person in the team would say that they were having any issues in working with me, I would happily accept it as my mistake, but he refused to do so. I had 2 managers in 6 months, both were the worst manager experiences in my 9 years career. Please avoid this company if possible. So much mental pressure especially in the EOQUAL team, it's genuine advice.

My experience with Personio was really negative: all the processes were extremely complicated (to do simples and basics tasks you had to waste hours of time since the technology in place was bad). The training is too long (3 months) and you don’t have actual time to start working, but the probation period is only 4 months - so they don’t give proper time to let people start and learn. Management was bad too unfortunately in my case (no experience in the field and not able to provide help or support). They don’t allow people being sick and recovering plus they are not transparent with the decisions, which it should be their core value.
