      Worst Company to work.No ethics

      Cons

      30% bonus paid out. Currently organization is undergoing lot of restructuring. They have hired too many support staff without any plan of action not any proper career growth. Leadership is so daisy in nature no clarity on the teams.

      Philips is employee centric and values its employees as equal to customers. Anyone who knows Philips' contribution to healthcare and the environment will be really proud. Very good opportunities to explore and grow within the organization
