Interesting work environment with great product but limited growth opportunities

- awesome product and quite available for employees - people are proud to work there and love (sports) cars - connection to Volkswagen and its subs is good and opens up opportunities - still a rather small family company

Cons

- growth opportunities are limited and it might take 5 years to advance to the next level - since it's a small firm there aren't many management positions available - Stuttgart isn't my favorite place to live

everyone is proud to be a part of Porsche, fascinating products, competitive salary, learn from one of the most efficient companies

Cons

The job might sometimes get stressful, but in general great work-life balance. Not too many career opportunities, diversity could be better

Pros

Porsche is a great company to work for with low hierarchies, a product to be proud of and young, motivated colleagues.

Cons

As an intern you don't get very interesting assignments. Inters are considered cheap labor for low quality tasks. Some interns even have to wash cars once in a while.
