Pros

no pros frankly to say

Cons

If you value your mental health and well-being, I strongly advise caution before joining this company. Unfortunately, my experience here was quite negative, and it has taken time to recover from the emotional toll. The work environment is toxic and, at times, felt discriminatory. There is a noticeable lack of professionalism across various levels—from the QA lead and HR to general management and team members. Despite consistently delivering strong performance, I experienced unwelcome interference in my personal life, which was often fueled by office gossip and a culture of micromanagement. Rather than recognizing effort and results, management seemed more inclined to support individuals who engaged in unproductive behavior, creating a discouraging atmosphere for those who are genuinely dedicated. Voicing concerns or offering feedback is often dismissed, and employees are quickly labeled as "playing the victim." Although the title of "Software QA Engineer" is used, the actual work processes do not reflect modern QA practices, such as Agile methodologies. Much of the work involves repetitive tasks like taking endless screenshots and writing superficial comments, with no real structure or workflow in place. The overall environment can be chaotic and unprofessional, with open gossip, loud behavior, and even passive-aggressive non-verbal communication during working hours. In summary, this company may not be suitable for professionals seeking a respectful, structured, and growth-oriented workplace.
