Worst Management Management who does not care what employee think about the brand even if the employee is handling the brand fro last 2 year. No proper training for the employee No way forward for the employee

Pros

Most of the employees are bright people who are committed to their work and want to succeed. The management is trying to implement much needed changes in the quality of the work.

Cons

The management team is struggling to identify a path, which makes employee performance goals a constantly moving target. The agency has lost several accounts over the last few months, which is forcing them to layoff people. The remaining employees are being asked to do more and more, but with little to no incentive.

Pros

Some of the best health benefits I have encountered. Beer Fridays and fun corporate events. Company contains a lot of competent associates.

Cons

Unprofessional behavior allowed especially concerning business communications. Pay is relatively low. Passive aggressive management culture. The 'matrixed' management concept is not communicated or enforced appropriately.
