The best reason to work at rapp collins would be the people. It is a great work atmosphere and community.

Cons

Compensation is minimal, as is career progression. There are many lay offs, usually involving the younger set, which is discouraging.

the learning experience. The potential to grow within the agency. The the intellect of the people. Rapp seems to hire smart people with big ideas, that's refreshing.

Cons

You have no social life working there. No recognition for working long hours. Salary does not match work. No job security, you can be gone in an instant with warning.
