Nepotism at its finest

Pros

Clients have good budgets, it's all about the projects and making sure resources are properly allocated.

Cons

Management is non-existent. There's no leadership, just nepotism. Too many mediocre people with a "manager" title who do nothing, yet get ridiculous paychecks and will never get fired. They are slowly sinking the ship, wasting resources and never caring about the work or people. Most of the time nobody knows what they do or where they are. The rest who actually work all day and do great work are unappreciated and eventually leave or get fired. There's no innovation, and any attempts to do something great and implement successful business practices are shut down by management. Sometimes, this is even condemned as upper management is afraid people will actually realize they do nothing, even if everyone already knows. Most people don't really care about their teams. You're completely disposable.

Poor culture; Abusive

Pros

Omnicom network, Good benefits, fair salary

Cons

This was the most abusive culture I've ever experienced working for in my career. Management supports and condones mistreatment of employees and encourages unfair treatment of individuals as long as it benefits the company. They knowingly (HR included) turn a blind eye when employees are being mistreated and have escalated concerns. This company knowingly inaccurately scopes projects to ensure contracts are gained but does not support the business gained with what is needed to execute. Once poor performance is identified (by client) the agency blames external reasons and beats the supporting team up behind the scenes. The worse collection of management and leadership ever encountered. I'd not only caution future employees but I'd caution any client considering doing business with this mismanaged operation.
