      Pros

      I’ve worked here for a few years now. Company have always been open and transparent with me. Career and salary have continued to develop steadily. Not always an easy job but work hard and you are looked after.

      Pros

      Support is excellent. Career development opportunities. Great hands on training that continues throughout your career when needed. The MD is hands on and knows everyone in the company and is very approachable. I can’t imagine working anywhere else . The MD is modern and bringing Reca up to date with good ideas.
