      Great opportunity to start in the field. I started with about three years IT experience and developed some great skills over the last several years as a trusted expert in the field

      Feels like the direction of the company is uncertain. It seems that acquisitions drive the vision vs the vision driving acquisitions.

      The pay is ok and the benefits are good.

      Cons

      The company is in a downward spiral. Layoffs once or twice a year. Business is shrinking. RSA got booted from Gartner's magic quadrant right around the time of NetWitness acquisition and hasn't been there since. The products are completely uncompetitive. Good engineers and managers are leaving in droves. The worst thing is compete lack of sense of accomplishment. You can't get anything done at RSA. People in leadership have either flawed vision or no vision at all.
