Great products and brand. The compensation is very competitive and there are a lot of ways to recognize good performance. Benefits are great.

Cons

Life-work Balance can be hard to maintain on jobs that involve travel. Career opportunities are limited, most managers are overwhelmed by the amount of people reporting to them.

Cons

A bit more structured and stiff after the acquisition by EMC Time-off could be a little bit better

Great opportunity especially when breaking into a career within IT security. I leaned a ton about security that I never imagined.

Cons

Old school especially when it came to making decisions about employee wellness and benefits. Since its owned outright by EMC a lot of that same boys club mentality carried over.
