      Pros

      Decent benefits with with smart people who are friendly. Quarterly bonuses are a nice perk since a little extra always helps. Have company sponsored events which are always nice.

      Cons

      Our company was acquired by EMC/RSA. The company now has become driven by metrics. More concerned with hitting numbers than producing a quality product.

      Very friendly and talented people, many development opportunities, flexibility and freedom, interesting and challenging roles. Main innovator in its industry

      Cons

      Very tight vacation policy (very few days), leadership doesn't have a clear direction in where it's going.

      Pros

      Nice facility and campus. On-site cafeteria. Flexible work hours. Ability to learn new technologies that helps you to add to your resume, which you will need to do because you'll eventually get laid off.

      Cons

      Parent company EMC is in constant layoff mode. Non-publicized layoffs happen regularly, creating "fear of job loss" syndrome. Very-cliquey work environment, if you don't belong to a clique you are ostracized and then laid off.
