Pros

Colleagues were the best part.

Cons

Before COVID-19 the employees worked from the office, during the pandemic home office was available. Recently they decided to change the option but make it mandatory to work one day a week in the office. No real reason other than it being policy and if you do not comply you will lose your job even if you have a medical reason in which going to the office is not possible for you. Really weird to focus on this and not actually work performance.

Dear Reviewer, Thank you for your review. We're glad you appreciated the teamwork at Riverty. Your feedback on our mandatory office day policy is acknowledged. This policy was intended to encourage in-person collaboration - we realize it may cause difficulties for some. Without knowing the details in your case, I can say that we seek to support every individual at Riverty in the best way possible to support a healthy work-life blend. Considering the health and well-being of every individual is top priority for us. Your comments about pay and public transportation allowances are noted. We strive to offer competitive benefits, and your suggestion about fully paid transportation tickets will be considered for future improvements. We truly value your constructive input as it helps us adapt and grow. I hope you're doing well and wish you all the best for your future. Best Wishes, Martin Lehnert Employer Branding

Dear Former Financial Analyst in Berlin, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience at Riverty did not meet your expectations, and we regret that you left feeling unsupported. While we’re glad that the flexibility to work from home was a positive aspect for you, we take your concerns about long hours, safety, and management very seriously. No one should feel unsafe or overextended in their work, and your feedback is a clear reminder of the importance of respectful leadership, work-life balance, and creating a safe, inclusive environment. With our new Leadership Playbook and training program, we are continuously working to improve leadership accountability and employee experience across all areas of the organization. We also encourage all current and former team members to reach out to HR or use our ethics hotline if they feel something needs to be addressed — every voice matters, and we want to ensure all concerns are heard. Thank you again for your openness, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Best regards, Martin from the People Experience and Employer Branding team

Pros

Working from home option all through the week.

Cons

No transparency in feedback. No inclusion of new comers. No breathing time given to get settled. Judging an employee too quickly. Less pay.
