Good place to get a clearance.

Pros

Name of the company, paid for me to get a clearance, mid-level boss was the best boss I've ever had.

Cons

Too big, wants to be like every other contractor, you need to be one of the boys, or a retired O-6 or GO to go anywhere.

Pros

Good people, satisfying work, challenging work. Salaried folks seem to enjoy benefits such as flexible hours, corporate travel, etc. Overtime is not mandatory but in rare instances.

Cons

For hourly folks, benefits are non existant. Hours are much less flexible. You get in trouble for working 39 or 41 hours in a "full time hourly position."

Not too shabby

Pros

Great benefits, felt like a civilian environment with not that much pressure and deadlines. Management was friendly, then hopped to another team and the management was big headed and rude. There were a few opportunities for growth. They greatly value personal achievements such as Masters, Certifications, Training, Etc.

Cons

- Management communications were off. Meetings were a waste of time on occasions. - The pay was not competitive at all
