Large company with many options to work for different customers or programs. Company is very supportive of lateral movement. Very flexible work schedules for those that earn management/customer trust.

Cons

Very weak leadership all seemingly marking time until retirement. Compensation structure continues to move more money to the very top without results. Constant reorganization is highly distracting to execution and pulls attention from growth

Cons

Benefits keep declining with mergers, Former Engility building is old and outdated. Zero freebies (they actually charge you to drink filtered water!) No path to promotion.
