Now I can’t speak for all of SAIC but the Charleston area is bloated with upper level management, most of the management are in positions they should not be in and it’s shows. Losing projects on large scale and are currently laying off or pushing out long tenured employees to make way for lower paid positions in order to try and recoup a large monetary sum. This toxic group of mis management has given SAIC a black eye in the area. Would not even recommend for an entry level position.

Management is way out of touch. Worked 2 different contracts with the company. Workload is completely unrealistic to what you are doing. If you are promoted do not expect to get a raise even if it's to a much higher paying position. You will get a meager one and every reason in the book will be found to not provide the increase. Remember this is a contracting company, they do everything to protect the money they are making off of you.
