      The "VOLT" reorganization was the right approach - it is threatening to fail, since the few remaining high-level management positions are not filled externally, but in many cases by replacing the former supervisor with one of his employees - this does not create any personal enhancement for the person demoted in this way, nor for the remaining employees: it is not enriching to have to work under the old colleague - what new impetus does he bring to Siemens Energy? For many positions there are no external applicants. The applications are left until 100 days - the good ones are long gone. Happening is hifg ranks get promoted and fired shortly after it - to then fill the position with people who still need to be taken care of. In the case of internal referrals, neither the referrer nor the candidate is "addressed", nor is the job advertiser informed.
