      Pros

      Colleagues appreciate my work, and managers are open to discussion. I was trusted and was given lots of flexibility to handle my study and work simultaneously. I was able to have a deep understanding of the company and made lots of connections at work.

      Cons

      No promise for working students to stay further as full-time employees.

      Pros

      Good working environment, excellent technically and commercially competent colleagues. Freedom to work as an entrepreneur. Energy industry on unstoppable growth trend. Generally good work / life balance. Senior management do not micromanage. Strong health and safety culture. Great support for colleagues who become ill or are injured. Reliable employer, salary arrives on time each month, expenses approval and payment is exceptionally fast. Variety of interesting roles available throughout the company.

      Cons

      Weak HR support provided from behind a firewall which prevents direct contact with the HR person tasked with resolving an issue. IT support of variable quality, sometimes excellent, other times dreadful. CFO focused on woke politics as share price halved. Carve-out from Siemens mothership has created a smaller company with a narrower base and therefore more vulnerable to market turmoil.
