We appreciate you taking the time to write this review. We are pleased to hear you enjoy working for Sixt. We are constantly looking for ways to better our benefits package. We fix our rates due to tenure; therefore, the longer an employee stays with Sixt, the more affordable the benefits! Welcome to the team and we wish you the best success!

Pros

It is a company that loves to take care of its employees, and truly paves a way for them to have a great career within the rental car industry. Not only has it been a seamless transition from training to actually being on the job, but it is a very positive work environment, one which i come looking forward to working in every day.

Cons

As of right now I have zero complaints or cons that i feel need to be listed, SIXT does an excellent job of keeping its employees satisfied.

Pros

sign on bonus was good

Cons

When I first started I was excited to see what this company has to offer, base pay AND commission sounded great at the time ( plus sign on bonus ). But don't let that fool you, this company is so money hungry! If you look at reviews online on just customer experience it's bad, and if a company doesn't care about it's customers it won't care about its employees. I understand it's sales but if the branch only has 12 reservations at most a day don't expect to get good numbers it's not realistic. Not all customers want extras most the customers are regulars who know what they do and don't want.

We appreciate your review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the sign-on bonus and the compensation that Sixt provides. To address your concern, at a smaller downtown location we will not have the same traffic that an airport has. However, we structure our shifts so that we have a comparable amount of Rental Sales Agents in relation to the reservations for that day. Due to this, our Rental Sales Agents have the opportunity to spend time with their customers and accommodate them with the most suitable upgrades based off of their needs. Yes, the amount of commission and expectations will differ, however, you are offered equal opportunity to sell. Our hope is that our agents at smaller locations will grow into our airports as they gain more experience. If you would like to discuss any additional concerns we encourage you to reach out to our HR department at 954-874-1793.
