Pros

Sixt Germany HQ has mixed crowd from all over the world while Sixt India has folks from all possible Indian states making it truly diverse culture. Sixt India can be summed up as a firm which is a quite open, youthful, challenging, flexible, encourage learning, fun and cool company to work with. Sixt Compensation and HR Policies are on par with any of the product firms. Few of them which standout include Sixt Loyalty Bonus, Sixt Spot award, Sixt recognition vouchers for in-house events which are really cool, Company sponsored refreshments and snacks etc.

Cons

Understanding Sixt Culture back in HQ took some time for me. I would suggest cross-cultural training to ensure folks are aware of how he/she can make an impact on working from India office.

Pros

Payment is as per market standard(decent package and even though they have cool tshirt etc to make the firm look cool but you dont actually get that feel when you for for them) -

Cons

Brand value isnt very great - doesnt look great on your resume. Lot of old fashioned rules - not wfh etc. Many unwanted red tapes - again they show off as if they are some elite class of companies but it isnt the reality and you get to see as soon as you start working with them.
