Pros

there are none. The positive reviews on here are a bunch of lies.

Cons

they don't have a worker's council - they are famous for firing people who attempt to start one. if you are sick, they will take the sick days off of your holidays. so if you are in the hospital for a week, you don't get a single day off all year. they treat their employees poorly and encourage aggressive behavior in managers. I worked a 15 hour shift once (no overtime pay), drove home, 3 hours later I was called in to work again. I told HR, they told me to go back to work. They dont care - they are busy writing themselves reviews on Glassdoor. Worst company I ever worked for - never again.

Pros

Onboarding experience was good. The team was accommodating and helped me get a feel of the whole product pipeline.

Cons

Lot of red tape. You need to bootlick a lot to get up the foodchain. No clear guidance. No one is interested in your professional growth. Slow moving product pipeline. No clear direction.

Pros

Some of the best minds work here in Bangalore office and has a very good mix of technology for engineers to work on. Teams are distributed between Munich and Bangalore and so are the product development work. Interesting work can be found in the mobility space and the company has strong business fundamentals and they know the domain really well. Join here if you want to understand the mobility industry and the pace in which the products are executed. Straight forward in communication and the culture can be different from US organisations , However the company and its vision is good and can learn a lot here. No nonsense, start up kind and good perks.

Cons

Not for ones who want to relax and do nothing !
