Pros

Benefits are good, that's pretty much it. A couple nice managers

Cons

Awful place to work. I have chills just thinking about it. -There is not an ounce of humanity and compassion there -They don't beleive in enjoying work. You come in, take your calls and go home. -No positive attitude or encouragement, -When you have questions during calls, they rudely tell you ''you learned this in training, you should know it'' -Training was just information cramming for 2 months. -Trainer was condescending and called you out during class if you were late on if you didn't remember something we learned. Such a negative work environment, wouldn't recommend to anyone

Pros

None I could find. This is an organization full of incompetent leadership. They work on their strategies without knowing who would work to make it a success, as people are highly disengaged.

Cons

The technology team is a monarch run by one individual. He does the finance and HR part as well based on his fancies. The actual HR and finance department are just dummies. Does not let anyone grow apart from himself as he has this right only. Rest all the people working under him are just robots. Expects people to work for 24 hours on meager salaries. No incentive for any hard work. This company is a black hole. If you enter you lose all your skills and would be useless for any other company outside and hence can never come out. Only the smarter one's understand this quickly and leave at the right time. 90% people would leave if given an option. The organization (monarch) is sitting on a time bomb which is soon going to explode as good people would leave due to lack of right recognition and growth. Only the one's who are too comfortable in the sick environment would stay. AOS team would be worst hit. It would be interesting to see what the crowned king would do then. Join this only if you think you are and can work like a robot (aka mule).

Pros

The best part about this job is that the salary for a customer service representative is reasonable and the potential career opportunities are interesting. Also the other employees are very welcoming and friendly.

Cons

The company's culture is basically to over work all the employees until they are extremely unhappy and disgruntled. This has led to a massive amount of turnover and very few employees stay with the company longer than a year. The call centre is incredibly busy for the group benefits department and employees are discouraged from taking even a few seconds between calls and speaking with their colleagues. They offer 10 sick days and 10 personal days per year but are strongly discouraged from using any of them. Overall, the call centre's management is terribly inexperienced, have a lack of understanding and basically show no empathy towards their employees. Also almost every second of the day is micro managed and there is virtually no schedule flexibility at all.
