      Pros

      Does a good job at TRYING to meet the needs of its people. Always working to improve processes.

      Cons

      Agents have to ask permission even to go to the bathroom. 2- ten minute breaks and 1 break of five minutes just isn't enough for a 10 hr daily shift. When selecting operations managers, a better job needs to be done rather than choosing just for choosing.. El Salvador Office.

      --- Flexible timing --- Very less work Pressure --- Compnay has wfh culture --- reachable to management with ease --- cab to and fro and food available. --- perks are attractive

      Cons

      --- Timings are a concern (1-10, 2-11, 5-2am) --- Its always heard projects are on pipeline --- no shift allowance but they give food and cab. --- appraisals are in numbers and it's fixed(70-100000) irrespective of what u do..and this is for all levels
